In this session, the Teacher Development Team from Suffolk New College will demonstrate how they have developed a digital literacy framework and used this to assess teaching and business support staff with their digital skills.

They will then showcase how the big data was analysed and developed into targeted training sessions for upskilling all staff across the college. The processes used could be adapted to work in colleges, MATs or individual schools.
